One Ford Five Passenger automobile
and alleges the following facts:- j
1st. V.
That on the 1st day of Sept. 1922
in the County of Cherokee, said
State. W. L. Rusk, an arresting of
ficer, seized a certain Five passenger
Ford automobile, motor No. 6322530
license No. 55864, said automohde
being owned, operated by .and in the
possession of Parties unknown at On-
time of said seizure, and contained
at the time of said seizure 80 gallons
of intoxicating liquor, corn whiskey,
the sale or possession of which i- !
prohibited by law, and said aut 'mo
bile was being used at. the time of
aid seizure on the public highways
in, and of, the County of Cher<-Kce,
raid State.
