MELL’S PATENT PLOW STOCK!
fMVIIE undersigned lias invented and patented
B a most valuable improvement in the PLOW
STOCK—the county rights for which he desires to
sell, lie prefers to let others speak its praise, and
therefore introduces the following certificates, from
two planters, well and favorably known in the
community in which they reside. lie might m
; trod two many others, but the Plow Stock will
speak for itself whenever examined.
JAMES B. MELL.
Riceboro’, Liberty county, Ga.
This is to certify that 1 have, with my own hands,
thoroughly tested the newly invented Plow Stock
of Janies B. Mell, Es<). In point of simplicity and 1
perfection, 1 have never seen or used its equal. In
it is combined every thing that I could wish in a
Plow Stoes, and it, in my opinion, is the cheapest
and the best that has ever been offered to the pub
lic. I speak from having used it with my own
hands. I was raised tu follow the plow, and think !
that I know how one ought to run. I would cheer- !
i fully thank any one, who will thoroughly try it, to j
point out to mo one single fault in it. It is easier j
upon the horse aud the plowman than any that I
have over used.
The principle upon which you regulate the depth
of the Plow i: • so simple, and yet so perfect, as to
commend itself to any one; and the Stock is adapt
ed to any kind of Plow Hoe. It is, moreover, just
as light as any could desire it to be. I would re
commend to any and all, if they wish the best and
cheapest Plow Stock, without hesitation to get Mr.
• James B. Mell’s. B. W. Wilson.
Pontield, Ga., April 15, 1856.
In company with several others, I, this day, wit
nessed the trial of Mr. Janies lb Moll’s Plow Stock,
bv Mr. D. W. Wilson, and cheerfully state that all
present were fully satisfied that it does everything
as stated above. I would, moreover, state that I
have been using them on mv farm for several
months, and every day serves to confirm me in the
opinion of the superiority of Mr. Mell’s Plow Stock
to all others now in use. Thomas P. Janes.

Arnica liniment, ior m r\ s ,
Ac.—A supply of this very desirable article!
(which should be kept in every family) ready for
use, may be obtained at the City Drug Store, where
it is for sale at only 50 cents per bottle. Havin'?
been burnt severely myself with Burning Fluid 1
tried every remedy proposed by my friends, but
found, from experience, they were noy-j. On using
the Arnica Liniment, as per directions, it afforded
immediate relief. I therefore can speak from ex
perience. This invaluable oleaginous Linaineut
acts like magic, in removing the most acute pain,
by Burns, and seldom requires more than two or
three applications to relieve and cure those of a
severe character, either from Burning Fluid, Cani
