Snyder’s Bluff is on the Yazoo, 12 miles north

Natchez is 279 miles above Sew Orleans, and

Grank Gnlf is a small town on the east bank of
j the Mississippi river, two miles below the mouth
i of the Big Black, and about CO miles southwest of
