A Fremont Ticket in Virginia. The Virginia papers publish the follow ing as the Fremont Electoral 1 ieket for Virginia, which they suv has already been agreed upon. It is complete, save two electors for the State at large : Ist District—Charles W. Newlon, of Taylor. 2d Dist—Andrew S. Holden, of Har rison. 3d Dist—John S. Barnes, of Marion. •Ith Dist—lt W Caruthers, of Monon galia. sth Dist—-Job Crabtree, of Lee. 6tli Dist Absalom George, of Tyler. 7th Dist—William Lants, of Monon galia. 8;h Dist—James T Mclver, of Scott. 9th Di-t—lsaac Parsons, of Ilamshire. 10th Di-t Jas. B Key, of Pendleton. 11th Dist—Joseph Kelley, of llu.-sell 12th Dist—Hiram Higgs, of Scott. 13>h Dist —E T J3randon, of Preston. The above couties lie in two clumps, one touching the southern line of Penn sylvania, and the other constituting the south-western corner of Virginia. None of them have any considerable number of slaves; yet it is worthy of notice that they are not the counties of Virginia con taining the fewest slaves in ; roportion to the number of whites. The four counties constituting the narrow strip of the State running up between Pennsylvania and Ohio (in which a slave is a rarity 1 are not represented on the ticket.
