Shirley Jones Wy Beauty Hints BATHS The woman who nutures her face but neglects her all-over complexion is like an ostrich with head in sand. Everybody sees the plumage except the owner. A lot of women still hold a grudge against bathing, they seem to regard it as a sort of nuisance to be gotten over with as fast as possible. A bath is one of your biggest and best beauty bets; few other things you do in the beauty line do so many things for you at one and the same time. If properly tackled, the dame bath will not only give you that scrubbed look but, also rid the tired skin pores of secreted wastes that would be detrimental to health and fastidiousness if not ousted, and you can provide the kind of stimulation that improves the color, texture and clarity of the body’s complexion. Bathing is a necessary part of your daily personal care, and you should never forget it. To stay alluring and dainty, give special attention to the vital subject of feminine hygiene. They are meticulous in matters of personal cleanliness and body care, and should be included in your bath routine. Vaginal syringing is not only important to external cleanliness but acts as a guard against infectious germs that may gain entrance to the vagina. It has been recommended by doctors especially after menstruation to eliminate objectional odors resulting from the mentrual discarhe. Cleansing douches aid also in the removal of vaginal medications, secretions and contraceptive creams or gellies following their prescribed use. Apply an antiperspirant under the arms after bathing, the longest lasting types are those liquids that contain some form of aluminum chloride. Let nothing interfere with your deordorant application not even an allergy. When your skin is sensitive to ordinary products, ask medical advice. Fuzz under the arm is not only unsightly but impedes deodorization. Removal of this hair is a grooming must... The only means at your disposal is a safty razor - make sure the razor is rustless and sharp. One who has the habit of cleanliness in body and clothing has the first prerequisite of making a good impression among people and at the same time is guarding himself against sickness. Some women like showers; others are just as faithful to tub baths. But neither is entirely right or wrong, but the best solution is to “TAKE” and enjoy both. your Ch u rc 8.8.
