Then he told them, ‘Go to Bethlehem and search for the child. And when you find him, come back and tell me so that I can go and worship him too!’ After this interview the astrologers started out again. And look! The star appeared to them again, standing over Bethlehem. Their joy knew no bounds! Entering the house where the baby and Mary his mother were, they threw themselves down before him, worshiping. Then they opened their presents and gave him gold, frankincense and myrrh.” (Matthew 2:7-11) t —From The Living Bible Religious Heritage of America Washington, D. C. MR. & MRS. If so, you are paying them more than fifty dollars per quarter in wages, and you should be withholding and paying Social Security contributions for them. Your failure to do this denies your employee his right to receive Social Security benefits for themselves and their dependents in later years. You may feel too much that another person will accept whatever you give with love. Not so; prove how you value another by the fine quality and expense of a gift. TARUS (April 21 - May 20) - You may be recipient of a secret you do not want to know about. If you impart such a matter to anyone else, it will be unwise and uncalled-for, but you may feel you simply have to share it or become emotionally ill. GEMINI (May 21 - June 21) - You may spend the time wondering what will come your way for Christmas. Expecting a large cash gift could bring disappointment. You must be more self-reliant financially from now on. CANCER (June 22 - July 22) - If you travel during this cycle, it can be uncomfortable but you will learn a lesson. Be very loyal if some of your faithful friends are under attack by one who does not know them well. LEO (July 23 - August 23) - It can be good to throw all your business activity to one reputable firm. If you try for saving money on what you buy you can be spending too much just getting around shopping and end with inferior goods. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22) - Last minute gift-buying, sending out cards, making some advanced Christmas preparations give you scarcely a moment to yourself. You are glad to be caught up in the whirl. Unexpected bonus money can come in from career work or a lifemate’s business work. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22) - A more solemn week and one in which you will rush to complete Christmas plans and decoration. Buy something you have always wanted for a door. It is good to make something yourself that will be a lavish decoration. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 22) - A young relative may be selfishly inclined and all you can do is try to understand. Although the youngster is wrong, say nothing in the way of argument. Plan some entertainment on large scale but economically, have just a few items for delectation of guests. SAGITTARIUS (November 23 - December 21) - You will be happy if you travel during this cycle and delighted with the home of ones you visit. You may have to contribute work when at a distance so be ready to roll up the sleeves and help a lot. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 20) - Be certain to mail a package to an elderly relative, and also save out money for a special long distance call. Money you earmark for generous purposes will more than fulfill its use, so be generous and loving. AQUARIUS (January - February 19) - Be ready and willing to help a large organization with a special seasonal activity. Your skills are needed and you will gain new esteem from using them unselfishly. Also contribute generously to special funds. PISCES (February 20 - March 20) - You will probably have a guest in the home and this can be a little dampening to holiday spirits due to personality of the guest. Do not be too free with the drink that cheers before Christmas day.
