I • Black Americans
today need to recognize, as did
our enslaved ancestors, that
our God of Justice uses us to
speak His words of truth in a
world in which untruth holds
sway.
II - There is a kindness in
God’s justice, especially as we
let others around us in white
America know that God stands
in judgment of a racially
unrighteous world.
HI - We are not called so
much to be nice but to be
helpful to others. This may
involve risk, But if nothing is
ventured, then nothing
worthwhile is gained.
Our churches, not too long
ago, preached a false
brotherhood which lacked
justice. Many white Christians
and non-Christians still believe
in this superficial or
surface-only brotherhood.
God’s will is that mankind be
truly one and not falsely or
partially so.
You may wish to have your
minister discuss this important
subject in a series of sermons.
There could be a few more
timely issues for today.
