139:17
1. What things are precious
to you? Something that is
precious to us is prized above
most other things. We most
often tend to prize “our
opinions,” “our choices” and
“our own fellings” about
things. This suggests that we
limit our life’s possibilities. .
.or its wealth of precious
things. • -by our own human
limits.
2. Make infinity your limits!
How would you like to have all
the universe literally “at your
feet.” Those who live in God
share with God in the
enjoyment and dominion over
all creation.
3. Fulfillment is in God. St.
Augustine once spoke for all of
awakened humanity when he
prayed, “Our hearts are forever
restless, O God. until we find
rest in Thee.” God’s life is the
most precious of all possible
treasures. In order to enjoy
fulfillment of our lives in God,
we must start with God’s
thoughts, making them our
own. “How precious are your
droughts, O God!” Such is our
prayer.
