the public aware of hypertension as a silent killer. The

William Goodley Jr.
The marriage ceremony was
held Jan. 1 at Philadelphia
Baptist Church in Atlanta,
Georgia.
The former Ms. Elam is a
native of Augusta. She received
a B.S. degree from Paine
College and an M.Ed. from
Kent State Un-versity. She is
currently employed by the
Dekalb County Board of
Education.
Mr. Goodley is a native of
Rome, Ga. He received the B.S.
degree from Shorter College
and did further study toward
the masters at Butler
University. Presently, he is an
environmental specialist for the
state of Georgia.
The couple lives in Atlanta.
