The CSRA Economic Opportunity Authority, Inc. Project
Head Start is now recruiting children into its Program. To
be eligible for this Pre-School Program, a child must be 4 or
5 years of age and preferably a member of a low income
family of any race or religion. Children who have
handicapping conditions are also being recruited into the
Program and will have access to the full range of Head Start
Education, Health and Other Services. The integrated
setting of handicapped and non-handicapped children
provides a valuable experience for all children in learning to
understand and respect human differences.
Applications for enrollment can be picked up at 1002
D'Antignac Street and Levi White Elementary Schoo, 800
15th Avenue, Augusta, Georgia, between the hours of 8:30
A.M. and 2:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday. Deadline for
accepting applications is Friday, May 2,1980.
