Forest Hill School.
The work of the spring cf the
above school closed with public
exercises last Friday. This is
one of tire very be-it rural schools
to bo found anywhere. For sev-
years Prof. M. A. Shaw has
been principal of this school and
Irma Shaw has boon tho ef¬
assistant.
This has been a good school
year with them and the public
exercises were up to the usual
high order of merit. Circurn-
stances prevented the attendance
of the editor but those attending
speak in the highest terms of the
day’s pleasures and more
ularly the dinner which wasserv-
ed.
We need more such school
cominunities and teachers in the
county. The work being done at
Forest Hill will live as monu¬
ments to the untiring efforts of
patrons and teachers.
