H. Baze more at their lake. Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Keen, Jr. and family and Mrs. O. C. Keen, Sr. spent Sun. in Decatur. Mr. and Mrs. Philip Neuge- bauer, Chip, Mark and Dunn of Madison were the week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Dunn and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Smith. Mrs. Jimmy Smith andchild- ren, Stve and Jay Todd, are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Philip Neugebauer in Madison. William Scott visited Miss Kay Dunn at the Woman’s Col lege of Georgia in Milledge- ville on Saturday. Miss Kay Dunn will return home Friday for a week end visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Dunn. Little Miss Cathy Sue Robin son celebrated her fifth birth day on Saturday with a party attended by about 30 of her little friends. Mrs. H. G. Pye Sr. and Mrs. Harold Riddle spent Monday in Macon. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Hart and Charles and Mrs. C. L. Hart Sr. visited Mr. and Mrs. Kay Cosey in Perry on Sunday. Mr. James Rustin is in the Macon Hospital after undergoin surgery Monday. Latest re ports are that he is improving. Miss Brenda Albritton was a patient at the Montgomery Hos pital from Tuesday until Sun day of last week. She return ed to Macon Tuesday evening to resume her studies at Dudley Hughes Vocational School where she is studying cosmetology. Mrs. Martin Chapman was a guest at the Hotel Dempsey in Macon for three days last week. While visiting there she met her niece, Mrs. Wilbur Forschler of Jacksonville, Florida, for visiting and shopping. Mr. and Mrs. M. A.Chapman attend Homecoming Festivities in Barnesville last weekend. The Sealy’s have moved to Butler. Mr. J. K. Searcy, Arlington, Va., spent several days with his sister, Mrs. Joe Brown and family. Mr. Searcy is making a 2 week inspection tour of Highway Drainage in 4Southern states. Mr. and Mrs. James Martin and Lynn, Macon, spent a few days with their parents Mr. and Mrs. O. M. Martin. Mr. John Frank Van Landingham, Savannah, is spending this week with rela tives. Miss Virginia Perkins, Lab Advisor with the American Em bassy in Honduras, C. A., is spending this week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs, E. H. Perkins. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Memms and children, Dalton, also spent the weekend with the family. Mr. Robert Martin, Macon, spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Martin. Mrs. Mattie Lou Renfroe, Macon, is spending this week with Mr. and Mrs, Quinton Clark. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Clark spent the weekend in Warner Robins. REYNOLDS BY THE WOMAN’S CLUB Mr. Julian M.Whatley was ordained as a Deacon in the Reynolds Baptist Church, Sun day. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Pitts, Valdosta, visited Mr. and Mrs. Tom Saunders, Sunday. Mrs. D. A. Las tinge r, Al pharetta, visited Mrs. C. S. Sawyer last week. Mrs. H. K. Sealy. Durham, N. C., is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. E. T. Shealy while on a business trip to Reynolds. Dr. and Mrs. Wayman C. Huckabee, Macon, attended ser vices at the Methodist Church, Sunday, and were the dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. N. L. Halley. Dr. Huckabee, a former pastor of the church, is the vice president of Wesleyan College. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Cum mings, Leary, visited relatives in Reynolds this week. Get your child’s name, birthdate and parent’s name and address it to the paper as some as possible so your cute little son or daughter may be entered in the Little Miss and Little Master 1 aylor County contest, date to be announced later. COUNTY-WIDE The date has not been set but the following rules will de termine if your child may be an entry: (1) Child must be 6 months of age by 15 Oct. 62. (2) Child must not be 24 months of age by 15 Oct. 62. (3) Parents of child must be a resident of this county. (4) Name, date of birth, and address of child must be sub mitted to the Taylor County News not later than 15 Oct. 62. (5) Photograph suitable for publication is necessary. Pic tures must not exceed 4X6 inches, must be black and white, and may be picked up at the of fice after the contest. If possi ble please send your photograph in immediately. Present plans are to have two BABY CONTEST different categories forjudging, ages 6 to 12 months, and ages 12 to 24 months. Boysandgirls will not be required to compete against each other at any time during the contest. Submit the name of your baby today, and watch for next week's paper when more details will be given on the contest. Reynolds-Bufler To Play Basketball Plans are in the making for another basketball game be tween Reynolds and Butler mothers to be sponsored by the FHA Chapters in both schools. News, Friday, October 12, 1962 Nazarene Mission Society Meets Mrs. Robert Agner, presi dent, presided at the Nazarene Foreign Missionary Society at the parsonage on Thursday night, October 4. There were 10 members present including 3 men. After the opening song, "Bring Them In”, Mrs. Alm- gren presented the prayer re quests for the month of Octo ber from "The Other Sheep”. A season of prayer was led by Mrs. Roy Bohler and closed by Mrs. Alice Neisler. Mrs. Neisler gave the study chapter on Formosa. It was decided to have the regular meeting on the first Thursday night of each month. Roy Bohler dismissed with prayer.
