A petition was then read asking
for soda fount to be kept opened on
Sunday. And on motion was
tabled.
On motion it was ordered that
Wm. McClure contract for sanitary
work be cancelled and 1 '. P. Davis
take the same price.
Amended Quarantine Ordinance
was twice read and passed.
Sec. 1 Be it ordained by the
council of the City of Toccoa and
it is hereby ordained by the author¬
ity of the same. That the quaran¬
tine ordinance o the City of Toc¬
coa against the towns of Cornelia
and Mt Airy in Habersham County
be amended by adding the follow¬
ing section to said quarantine or¬
dinance.
Sec. 2 Be it further ordained by
the authority aforesaid, that any
person or persons comming into the
the city of Toccoa on any train,
cars, buggy surrey, hack, wagon,
or any vehickle or on foot from the
towns of Cornelia and Mt Airy in
Habersham County shall be arrest-
ea by the marsh?.l or any 7 special
policeman of the city of Toccoa
and carried to the camp of deten-
tion in said city and there to be
kept in confinement insolated from
all the citizens of the city of Toc-
coa except guards and physicians
in charge of the camp for the length
of 14 days and then discharged on
the certificate of the physician
Provided nevertheless that any per¬
son or persons so arrested will leave

not re turn for two weeks, shall be
released and not carried to said
camp of detention.
Sec 3 That all ordinces and parts
ot ordinces l * conflict with this
ordinance is hereby reoealled
