sum of flight ceil hundred and ninety-two dollars,
which notes are now due and unpaid.

thereof, the principle, interest ami costs due on
said notes; or show cause, if any he has to the
contrary, or that in default thereof, foreclosure be
granted to the said Henry M. Beach, ofs..id mort
gage; and the equity of redemption of the said J.
R. Proffiit therein he forever barred. And that
sendee cf this rule he perfected on said John R.
Proffit by publication as the law directs.
