Delegations.; Delegations are requested to
agree upon a written report, in which they
wiil give us full and accurate an account
as practicable of the agricultuial condi
lion of their counties. Information upon

Muddeu dry weather, which, though of brief
duration, had a bad effect after so lung a

sorts will be made, and cotton' will turn out
better than was expected. It lias had a
hard time of it, however, and we have no
thought that,'under thp best of ciraum
stances, the crop wjll much exceed three
million bales, if, indeed, it should reach
