Have a great time? How were you and your friends? Was the coffee hot and the cokes cold? Boy Scout Troop #210 meets each Monday at 7 p.m. at the Leesburg United Methodist Church Learning Center. The Lee County Historical So ciety meets each second Thursday at 7 p.m. The American Legion meets each first Monday at 7 p.m. at the American Legion Building. The Masonic Lodge meets each second and fourth Thursday night at 7 p.m. at the American Legion Building. The Youth of the Leesburg United Church will have a Youth Prayer Breakfast each Thursday at 7:15 a.m. There will be a Women’s Bible Study at the First Baptist Church each Friday from 10 a.m. till 11:30 a.m. All ladies are welcome. The Men of the Leesburg United Methodist Church will be meet ing at Krystal’s in Leesburg at 8 a.m. each Tuesday for a Prayer Breakfast. There is a Men Prayer Break fast each Wednesday at 6 and 7 a.m. at First Baptist Church. J.M., Grace, Butch, and Mary (Polly) Rhodes enjoyed last Sat urday when they attended a Fam ily Get-Together in Fayetteville, Georgia at the home of Bud and Annette Holt. Annette is the niece of Grace Rhodes, who is the sis ter of Mr. Carson Bradley, de ceased. Jim, Toni and Graham Rhodes of Stone Mountain, Geor gia were there also. The UMM of the Leesburg United Methodist Church will have their monthly meeting Thursday at 7 p.m. The Youth of First Baptist Church will be taking the bus to Bainbridge, Georgia for the foot ball game. The bus leaves at 6 p.m. on Friday, October 19. The First Baptist Church will have their Revival beginning Sun day, October 21 through October 25 at 6:45 p.m. I would like to thank Fred Knowles for doing a great job on my car! Habitat For Humanity Benefit Concert Flint River Habitat for Human ity presents Tommy Coleman and Jackie Ryan celebrating their de but album “Reason to Believe” in concert October 30 at 8:00 p.m. Proceeds will benefit Flint River Habitat. The concert will be held at Har vest Moon located at 230 W. Broad Avenue in downtown Al bany across from the Albany Chamber of Commerce.
