Sponsored by the Lee County Chamber of Commerce and the Leesburg Civitan Club, the pa rade was the largest ever with 73 entries. In the commercial division, A- 1 Wrecker Service was awarded first place, Pressley Electric was awarded second place, and Buf falo Rock Pepsi was awarded third place. In the non-commercial division, Kinchafoonee Primary School was awarded first place, Girl Scout Troop #103 was awarded second place, and the Sertoma Club was awarded third place.
