The Masonic Lodge meets each second and fourth Thursday night at 7 p.m. at the Lodge Building. The Youth of the Leesburg United Methodist Church will have a Youth Prayer Breakfast each Thursday at 7:15 a.m. The Men of the Leesburg United Methodist Church will meet each Tuesday at Krystal’s in Leesburg at 8 a.m. for a Prayer Breakfast. There is a Women’s Bible Study at First Baptist Church in the new annex each Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The UMW of the Leesburg United Methodist Church had a very deli cious turkey luncheon last Sunday. Hope all of you enjoyed the food. I know I did! The UMW of the Leesburg United Methodist Church will have their annual Christmas Get-Together this Thursday, December 13 at 7 p.m. The Youth Choir of the Leesburg United Methodist Church presented a beautiful Christmas musical “The Noise We Make” last Sunday night at 7 p.m. The Adult Choir of the Leesburg United Methodist Church will present their Christmas musical, “Gift of Heaven" next Sunday night at 7 p.m. The MYF of the Leesburg United Methodist Church will have their Christmas Party Friday, December 14, at 7 p.m. with Lisa Freeman who is the Youth Director. The Friendship Sunday School Class of the Leesburg United Meth odist Church will have their Christ mas party Saturday, December 15, at the home of Dick and Martha Neff at 6 p.m. The Crossroads Sunday School Class of the Leesburg United Meth odist Church will have their Christ mas party, Saturday, December 15 at 7 p.m. with Rick and Terri Muggridge. The Helen Johnson Circle of the Leesburg United Methodist Church UMW will meet Monday, Decem ber 17 at 12 noon at Merry Acres. The Aline Grace Circle of the Leesburg United Methodist Church UMW will meet Monday, Decem ber 17 at 7 p.m. with Jayne Cannon. The Florence Cannon Circle of the Leesburg United Methodist Church UMW will meet Tuesday, Decem ber 18 at 11:30 a.m. at Merry Acres. The Bessie Green Circle of the Leesburg United Methodist Church UMW will meet Tuesday, Decem ber 18 at 2:30 p.m. with Opal Can non. The Adult Choir of the First Bap tist Church presented their Christ mas program last Sunday at both services. The title of it was “When Christmas comes to Me.” The Jerry Smith’s Sunday School Class of the First Baptist Church will have their Christmas Party Saturday December 15 at 6 p.m. at Jerry and Cathy’s home. Prayers and sympathy go to the family of Mr. Frank Watson who passed away last Saturday. He is sur vived by his wife, Travis and chil dren.
