The work under this Contract will
consist generally of the following:

The construction of one (1) 12”
Altitude Valve, Structure and ap
purtenances.
All work on the Project must be
completed within 180 consecutive
calendar days of date of notice to
proceed.

Proposal Forms furnished for that
purpose, in accordance with the

No refund will be made for re

No bid will be considered unless

$104,400.00, and recorded in Deed
Book 561, Page 261, Lee County,
Georgia Records; as last transferred
to Wachovia Bank, National As
sociation, formerly known as First
Union National Bank, as trustee by:
Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. f/k/a
Meritech Mortgage Services, Inc. its
attorney-in-fact by assignment; the
undersigned, Wachovia Bank, Na
tional Association, formerly known
as First Union National Bank, as
trustee by: Saxon Mortgage Ser

pursuant to said deed and the note
thereby secured, has declared the

ject (1) to confirmation that the
sale is not prohibited under the U.S.
Bankruptcy Code and (2) to final
confirmation and audit of the status
of the loan with the holder of the
security deed.
Notice has been given of inten
