Rycroft, 21, of Winding
Way was charged with
disorderly conduct. Octa
vius Monike Green, 34, of
Winding Way was charged
with disorderly conduct.
Bryan Raynard Edwards,
15, and two juveniles were
charged with unruly juve
nile and obstruction. The
charges resulted in a light
that occurred on Winding
way on November 11.
Travis Sentel Richardson,
23, of Winding Way, was
charged with disorderly
conduct and criminal tres
pass family violence. Dep.
Burgess was dispatched to
Winding Way on Novem
ber 8 in reference to a
domestic in progress.
Ruby Christine Mc
Connell, 38, of Cypress
Point Circle, was charged
with driving while license
suspended. Dep. Hale was
patrolling Hwy 19 when a
traffic stop was made that
resulted in the arrest.
Rontressa Evans, 21, of
Dawson Road, Albany,
was charged with theft
by shoplifting. Dep. Dent
responded to a U.S. Hwy
19 business in reference
to a complaint. Evans was
placed under arrest by a
store employee and trans
ported to the Lee County
Jail by Dep. Dent.
Marvin Render Green,
28, of Holly Drive, was
charged with battery, theft
by taking, and interfer
ence with 911 call. Dep.
Hale was dispatched to a
Hedgerow address in refer
ence to a domestic dispute.
While working the incident
Sgt. Rouse made contact
with Green and placed him
under arrest.
Terry Drew Fritz, 44, of
Camilla, Ga, was charged
with child molestation,
enticing child for indecent
purposes. Deputy Clark
was dispatched to the Lee/
Worth County line in
reference to meeting with
a Worth County Sheriff’s
Deputy. Dep. Clark took
custody of Frtiz who had
outstanding warrants.
Angela Susan Wright, 29,
of U.S. Hwy 19 South, was
charged with DUI/ alcohol/
less safe. Dep. Stripling
was dispatched to a hit and
run on November 6 and
made the charges against
Wright.
Cody Dalton Poole, 20,
of Twisted Pines Court,
Leesburg was charged with
windshield requirement,
DUI/ alcohol/ under 21
years of age/ .02 g or more,
and possession of alcohol
by minor while opperat-
ing a vehicle. Jacob David
Shufelt, 19, of Twisted
Pines Court, Leesburg,
was charged with posses
sion of alcohol by minor.
Dep. Burgess was patrol
ling Sportsman Club Road
when he made the arrest.
Jimmie Lee Floyd, 45,
of Floyd Road, Americus,
was charged with head
light requirements, driving
while license revoked, and
possession of drug related
object. Sgt. Moody made
the arrest on November 5.
Calvin Lionel Williams,
49, of Foster Street, Desoto,
was charged with probation
violation (Crisp County),
probation violation. Sgt.
Eubanks responded to a
Mitchell Road, Smithville
address in reference to
an unwanted person. Sgt.
Eubanks made contact with
Williams and was wanted
out of Crisp County.
Ruby Draper Reece,
54, of Ben Higgins Road,
Dahlonega, was charged
with simple battery. Dep.
Draper was dispatched to a
Stocks Dairy Road address
in reference to a theft.
While at the residence Dep.
Draper charged Reece.
Cory Llewellyn Stewart,
20, of Flat Ridge Court,
Leesburg, was charged
with simple battery (family
violence). Sgt. Rouse was
dispatched to a Flat Ridge
Court address in reference
to physical domestic dis
turbance in progress.
Billy Rodney Hutchin
son, 45, Nesbitt Road, was
charged with terroristic
threats (family violence)
and terroristic threats. Dep.
Burgess was dispatched
to Nesbitt Road in refer
ence to a 45 year old man
being drunk and making
threats to his mother. Cpl.
Stull and Dep. Draper also
responded to the call.
Samantha Ann Terrell,
18, of Querecho Lane, was
charged with criminal
trespass (family violence).
Deputy Stripling made the
charges after Terrell threw
items at a parked car caus
ing damage to the car.

Duke is getting ready to try out one of the
two new beds that were donated by Mrs. Gail
Fentem. These beds will help keep the dogs up
off the cold concrete. They are called Kuranda
Dog Beds. If you are interested in donating a

donations are greatly appreciated by the staff
and dogs at Lee County Animal Shelter.

months old and would love

take her home. She loves

ment worked a driving
while license suspended
or revoked (1st offense)
on November 16. While
working a safety check
on Robert B. Lee., Cpl
Herndon made contact
with Ashely Galindo. Ms.
Galindo was placed under
arrest and transported to
the Lee County Jail.
Ptl. Hartley worked a
sexual battery incident on
November 3. A juvenile
was charged with sexual
battery.
