Design of this project.
The date of location and design
approval is: October 26, 2016
The proposed project begins
within the city limits of Albany
in Dougherty County and termi
nates just at Ledo Road in Lee
County. This project consists of a
new alignment connecting North
Westover Boulevard and Ledo
Road. As Ledo Road being free
flow, a controlled stop condition
on North Westover Boulevard
will be provided. A roundabout is
proposed at the intersection with
North Westover Boulevard. The
project is in the 2nd land district.
Construction of the project will
consist of the raising of Liberty
Expressway to approximately 25'
above existing grade where it will
cross the new Westover Boulevard.
There will be two bridges crossing
over the new roadway on Liberty
Expressway. The intersection at
North Westover Blvd will be a
roundabout and the intersec
tion at Ledo Road will be a stop
condition. Pedestrian and bicycle
facilities are included in the plan
for the new roadway.

debt secured by the Security Deed
and evidenced by the Note and has
been, and is hereby, declared due
and payable because of, among
other possible events of default,
failure to make the payments as
required by the terms of the Note.
The debt remaining is in default
and this sale will be made for the
purposes of paying the Security
Deed, accrued interest, and all
expenses of the sale, including at
torneys' fees. Notice of intention
to collect attorneys' fees has been
given as provided by law. To the

lien and not yet due and payable),
any matters affecting title to the
property which would be disclosed
by accurate survey and inspec
tion thereof, and all assessments,
liens, encumbrances, restrictions,
covenants, and matters of record
