At the annual convention of the Georgia
Retired Educators Association, held in early
May in Stone Mountain Georgia, Lee County
Retired Educators club was awarded several
certificates which honored them as a club of
distinction. There is a tremendous amount
of work that goes into becoming a club of
distinction so LCRE was incredibly grateful
for all the hard work of all members. Area
Director Keith Lee made the presentation of
certificates to club member Penny Knight.
