ning at the ford of the branch on
the Hog Mountain Hoad, on a rock
corner on the West side of said
branch and running South 35.
West, 1.50. to a rock on branch.
Thence North 26. West 20c to a
light wood knot. Thence South 00.
West. 28.50 c to a black oak. Thence
South 30. East, 11. 85. to a white
oak, on the North bank of the Hud
son River. Thence with the mean
derings of said River, to the mouth
of the branch, to a maple. Thence
up the meanderings of said branch
to the begilining corner. Said land
levied on as the property of C. H.
Brock to satisfy a purchase money
execution, issued on the 21st day
of April 1013 from the Superior
Court of Banks County in favor of
T. 1. Harber plaintiff against C. 11.
Itrock defendant, for principal,
Interest, Atoorneys Ices and costs
of suit. Quitclaim deed has been
filed and recorded in the Clerks
office of Banks County Georgia
placing title in C. H. brock,
defendant, for the purpose only of
levy and sale, as provided by law.

virtue of a special lien execution in
favor of H. L. brock, as executor
of W. T. M. brock deceased against

This will be the best fair yet held, representing the agricultural pro
ducts of four of the best counties of the state. Than Banks, Franklin, Madison
and Jackson, there are no better counties, no more fertile lands, no more enter
prising, progressive farmers. The .Agricultural Exhibits alone will be t . es'
in North Georgia.
There are cash prizes for every product grown on a North Georgia farm.
We Have Fine Crops, which Insures Fine Exhibits
The Company will pay in round numbers, the sum of $2,000.00 in Cash Prizes to exhibitor*
There are also cash prizes for cattle, horses, chickens, hogs, sheep, etc
The poultry department alone will be worth the price of admission. Then the
Woman’s department will be one of the most interesting features.
The concessions will be clean and wholesome, but amusing and interesting. The merry-go-round, ocean wave acrobatic
feats, high divers, etc. will constitue part of the interesting features.
The fair opens Monday. Oct 27th and closes Saturday Nov. Ist All exhibits intended for any department must be
brought to the fair ground by Friday or Saturday before the opening Monday.

or parcels of land to-wit:
Lot No. 1. Situated and being
in Grove River district in said coun
ty, adjoining the lauds of I). It.
Parks, Miss Atlanta Brooks, John
! E. Barrett, Strickland land and
others and containing One Hundred
and ten (HO) acres more or less
and known as the Z. T. Suddeth
lands. On this tract are two ten
ant houses, and out buildings,
pastures, water, and about 70 acres
cleared remainder in second growth
forest, and lieing on public road
leading from Popular Springs court
ground to Gillsville.
Lot No. 2. Contains Twenty
Seven and 14 (27 1-4) acres more
or less and lies in (012th,) Poplar
Springs district, G. M. said county,
adjoins lands of John F. Murray,
the dower of Mrs. E. J. Threlkeld,
Mrs. Chitwood, the Peace land and
others and known as a part of the
L. K. Morris land. This lot fronts
on the Horner and Lula public
road about four acres in cultiva
tion, a good tenant house, and out
buildings and a good well.
Lot No. 8. Contains Seven and;
one half (7 1-2) acres more or less j

and lies on Hickory Level creek.
The above property to lie sold as |

of said county deceased, and sold
for the purpose of paying debts of
said deceased, and for distribution
