Banks County Bank.
The stock holders of the Banks
County Bank Hid their annual
meeting in the bank building
March 25. The old offices were re
elected . No dividends were de
clared but a nice sum was passed
np to surplus account.
This is one of the strongest
banks in north Georgia and has
been a paying institution from the
start.
Us officers are all responsible
citizens and the cashier is one of
the most courteous gentleman in

not a party in either of the two
suits mentioned in the proceedings,

whatever. We are glad to make
this correction for Al, for he has
had all the justice court and su
perior court notoriety that he
deserves, and trere are other good
I men that should have a chance at
the game.
