Under the order of the Superior Court of B inks County and pur suaut to a Decree thereof, I will sell before the Court house door, in Homer, Ga. between the legal hours of sale, on the tirst Tuesday iu December, l !H4, to the highest bidder, the following property, to wit: Two tracts of land, belong ing to the Estate of J. M. Brooks, deceased. The sale to be subject to the continuation by the Court. Terms Cash. Both tracts have been surveyed and plats of the laud can be seen on application to me at Maysville,Ua. TRACT NO. 1. Is the Home place of said J. M. Brooks, in said County, containing 204 3-4 Acres, more or less, lying on public road leading from Mays ville to I’oplar Springs, about 3 I 2 miles from Maysville, 00 to 75 acres cleared, about 10 acres in branch bottoms, remainder in old field and forest. Besides the dwelling and out buildings, it has on it a good 2 room tenant house, with good well of water, said tract adjoins lands of James Henderson, Mrs. It. J. Hale and others. This place has been rented for the year 1915, for 100 Dollars and this will go to the purchaser and he will have immediate control of the place, subject to the rights of tenant in charge. TRACT No. 2. This track contains 111 acres mure or less, lying on public road leading from Homer to Lula, about 4 miles from Homer and 5 miles trom Maysville, has about 75 acres cleared,remainder in forest, is well improved, has one good four room dwelling and out buildings, also two tenant houses. This tract ad joins lands of James Chambers, Mis. Nancy llyee, Mrs. Josie Burns and others.
