Secretary.
NO CYCLONE! NO STORM!
Our county has escaped all of these calami
ties aud is blessed, indeed, in having in their
midst such a liberal, go-a-head business house
as that of Messrs. A. E. Smith Ac Bro., who
are offering the balance of their furniture
consisting of real waluut bedroom sets, paint
ed chamber suits, extension tables, round
tables, chairs, etc., at actual cost,- less
freight.
They are ofleii ng special inducements in all
of their sprit! j and summer goods. Dress
goods, Lawns etc., etc., at a sacrifice. We
wonld advise one and all not to fail to call
upon then*, as they are selling every thing at a
sacrifice.
MONEY SAVED IS MONEY MADE.
It would surprise von to know the immense
amount of Diugs and medicines that lia«
p&88td through the hands ot I opc «.v Grace,
and trie amount of money the people have
saved by dealing with them, witlun the past
ci"ht mouths. Thev are sebing mere goods in
their line than any other Drug Uonse ever
established in Bainbridge and the reasou is

reliable and responsible Druggist and fully
understand tlicir business, and furthermore
Ihev carrv one of the largest and oest assort
ed stocks'of Drags to be found m South
west Georgia. Their Stock is all new sad
fresh—no old goods. Mr. Grace having taken
charge of the business last summer, he is
pushing it onward and upwards and guaran
tees tbat he can and will sell as cheap as the
cheapest and as aprooi that they do -til their
goods cheap. They sold a Florida merchant a
lar-'e bill of goods oue day last week cheaper
than he could buy them in Savannah, saving
nothing of freights. Mr Grace will take pleas
