twenty-five seres nioieor less, and it further
appearing that there is vet due on said
note and mortgage the sum of seventeen
aad 86—100 Dollars which is unpaid.
It ia therefore ordered that said DeCt.
3. O. Norman do pay into court on or be
fore the 1st day ol the next term thereof
the principal interest and costs due on said
note or ehow cause to tiia contrary if any
he ean. And that on the failure of the
Daft, ao to do the equity of redemption
la and to aaid mortgaged premises be for-
ovor thereafter barred and foreclosed. And
it ia Airtber ordered that this rule be pub
lished once a month in the tiainbridge
