That on Monday, February 24th, 1908, the chairman of this committee shall pre pare and have printed an official ballot containing the names of all candidates who have compjied with the foregoing requirements, and that at such Primary election no other ballot shall be voted or counted by the managers thereof and that such ballot shall be distlibuted by the secretary of this committee only to the managers of such election.
