for Sycamore, where he will .attend a
Primitive Baptist meeting at Pleasant
Hill church near that place.

down at Sibley with their son T. C.

tion in that town and is getting along
nicely.
Miss Emmie Woodward left yesterday
afternoon for Barnesville, to attend the
Chautauqua. She will visit relatives
at Hawkinsvilie, before returning
home.
Mr. Hardwick Byrhm, of Byromvlllo,
and Miss Pauline Clark, of Atlanta,
who is down on a visit to hor grand
mother, Mrs. Byrom, spent Sunday in
the city with the the family of D. B.

Cordele yesterday'in the interest of tho
approaching reunion. While here the
privilege of selling cold drinks out at
the springs on the Fourth of July was
let to the highest bidder. Col. D. A.
R. Crum bought the privilege at $66,00
