fourteenth year and loyal to her
church, Missionary Baptist, lo the
day of her death. Therefore, be
ft nr solved:
1. That in the death ot Sister
Smith, the dmrch and community
have lost a good and fuithful
• member.
3. That the dear children and
husband has sustained an irrepara
ble loss,
3. That we mourn her departure
not as those without hope.
4. That we extend to the bereaved
-our sympathies, and that they be
-spread on our minutes and publish
ed in our county papers.

Old-Father Time continues to
reap his harvest and day by day he
is gathering in his sheaves. Sister
Carrie Clifford Mayo, fell asleep
September 34th, 1903.
She was a dutiful wife and lovely
daughter, and for a great part ot
her lite a member of the Baptist
church. Therefore, be it resolved:
1. That in the death of Sister
Mayo, the churcli and her home
have been robbed of one ot the best
lights in them.
3. Tnut her neighbors have lost
one of their best friends.
3. That we extend the family
our sympathy and prayers.
4. That these resolutions be
spread on our minutes and publish
ed in our papers in memory of her.
