Vienna folks were entertained by
free street lecture on phrenology
Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock by Mr.
Webb, a blind, phrenologist of some
note. Phrenology is an interesting
and elevating study, and one who
versed in its mysteries is given gbekt
advantage over persons who arwtlot so
fortunate ns to have studied it. By
knowledge of phrenology one is enab
led to read men and tbeir motives
an open book. One glance is all that
is needed by an oxperh to thor6ug|»ty
analyse a man and tell his disposition,
peculiarities, etc.
