The News has not abandoned its agi
tation in favor of better sidewalks
here—not by a long shot,. This is one
of the crying needs of the town, and
should receive the serious consideration
of the ofilcinls.
When a town cannot give strangers
who wish to settle among us houses to
live in, something should certainly be
done. This is just about Vienna’s con-
uition today, and some steps should be
tuken to remedy it.
