ative citizens of the county, I am urged to
call a meeting of the citizens of the county
at large to meet at the court house in Vi
enna, at 10 o’clock on Saturday,' March 21,
to consider and discuss the new load law
recommended by the last grand jury. A
large delegation is- expected and you, if you
are a citizen of the county, are urged
