The Porker-Winia Company, a cor
poration organised under a charter
granted by this honorable court on
February 22, 1904, respectfully

That on the 25th day of Novem
ber, 1916, at a meeting of the stoek-
holdere of said corporation duly call
ed for the purpone, a resolution was
adopted by the affirmative vote ot
the owners of the entire capital
stock of said corporation, resolving
that the said corporation should sur
render its charter and franchise to
the state, and be dissolved in accord
ance with the law in such coses made
and provided.

tion and surrender of its charter may
be allowed without injury to any
stockholder or to any person having a
claim against said corporation.
