Superior Court, Cordele Circuit.
We the Grand Jurors drawn and
serving February term, Superior
Court, hereby make the following re
port. After finding that the Grand
Jury sitting at this term of Court
had examined into ail the County’s
affairs, we deem it unnecessary and
at the same time not the custom of
the' Grand Jury sitting at this term
of Court to make examinations of the
records of the County Officers and to
look after the property of th$'county.
