completed. There were fewer this
term than ht any time in sevetal
years. The most sensational case was
that of Attell versus Attell, and the
testimony was such that it could not
be printed. The jury gave a /erdlct
of total divorce to both parties
interest.
It is possible that the eivii docnet
will be completed tomorrow, but
Judge Thomas has not announced
whether he will begin on criminal
business or wait until next week.
