Tampa, Fla., May 26.—The de
struction of another sponge nshmg
vessel was reported today by the
crew of the schooner "Edna Lou
ise." The captain and seventeen
members of the crew arrived later

they had been forced from their
schooner by twenty-five men, who ar
rived in a steam launch. It Is re
ported their vessel was burned.
Another destroyed ship was the
schooner "Ameloa.” which was
sunk near Key West.
