Atlanta, Ga„ July 9.—Mrs. J. W.
Nelms has asked the police of five
cities to aid her locate her daugh
ter and son. She received a note
from San Francisco, signed by her
daughter, Mrs. Elolse Dennis, saying
that she had killed her sister, Beat
rice Nelms, and intended to kill her
brother, Marshall Nelms, of San
Francisco.
Mrs. Dennis and Miss Nelms left
here recently for New Orleans, Hous
ton and other Texas points. Mrs.
Dennis was formerly postmistress at
East Point, an Atlanta suburb. Miss
Nelms worked In a real estate ^office
here. Marshall Nelms has been lo
cated In San Francisco. He said the
last he heard of his sisters they were
In Texas, and that was June 25th.
Beatrice has not yet been located.

late yesterday, charged with the
murder of Mrs. Louise Bailey, ten

Mrs. Carman was arrested follow
ing the testimony at the coroner’s
inquest by Elwood T. Barnes, an
