Brought to Jail.
ON' the 11th ins ant, a negro man named TOM
aboHt thirty-five years of age, of dark complex
ion. lie has no particular mark except a heavy ua-
I der lip. He says he was bought of Dr. Wilson is
Savannah, Ga.—does not remember the purchaser’s
name —has been runaway two years. Torn seems to
have some Indian blood ia him, whitk is plainly in
dicated by his hair.
The owner is requested to come forward, prove
property and pay chi or he will W dealt with
as the law directs.
