Dark Bay .Hare Mule, about 7 yours old.
On close examination one eye will be found to
be blind, huviug a small white spefk in the
'fce Mule broke loose at Quincy Depot, Via.,
and the night being dark, it was impossible to
tell which wav she went. I will pay Ten Dol
lars for her delivery, or any information con
cerning her sufficient to warrant her reoovery.

J. Orr, Commissioner of the latter, for the
purpose of clearly defining the boundary be
tween said States, west of the Si Mar.v s River.
Now, therefore. 1, Chain n J. Jr ski ns,
Governor of the State of Georgia, in purtu*
auce of a request of the General Assembly by
a resolution, approved 1 *th Dee. IB6ti, do issue
this, my proclamation, making known to ull
whom it ntav concern, that the line run,and
marked by Commissioner Whittier and Orr,
as aforesaid, is the established, permanent
boundary between the States of Floilda and
Georgia, from its initial point on the Western
boundary ot the latter, at or near the contin
ence of the Flint and Cattahmu hee Rivers, to
its terminal point, at or near Kllicott's Mound
on tho St. Marv's River: from which point
said boundary proceeds down the middle of
said River to the Atlantic Ocean AH citizens
and officers, judicial, ministerial, and military
will govern themselves accordingly.
Given under my hand and the Seal of the
Executive Department, this the firs*, day
