We are requested to give notice that a grand Barbecue will be given at CatfiUla, Mitchell county, on the First Saturday in August, for a grand Moss Railroad Meeting at that place. The adjourned term of the Superior Court for Thomas was not opened yes terday on acoount of the severe illness ot Judge Hansell. He has for some time been much afflicted with rheuma tism, ahd we regret to say was not benefited materially by his recent so journ at the Suwannee Springs. It was his desire to hold court at least for tho purpose of clearing the county prison, but his physical powers proved wholly unequal to the t»ik.
