sory note, whereby the Defendant promised to
pay J. S. Neely or bearer. Five Hundred and
Eighty-one (50-100) Dollars, twelve months
after the date thereof, for value received, and
that afterwards on the t wentieth day of April
of the same year, the Defendant, the better to
secure the payment, of said note, executed and
delivered to said Neely bis Deed of Mortgage,
which the same Defendant mortgaged to said
Neelv, Ix>t of Land, Number Three lliimlcrd
and Twenty, in the Thirteenth District of said
county, containing Four Hundred and Twent y
Acres, more or less:—lt further appearing Shut
said note remains unpaid and that James N.
Winn, is the qualilii and Admin trator on estate
of J. S Neely, dee’d : It is therefore Ordered
by the Court, that the said Deirndunt do pay
into Court, on or before the lirst day of the
next term thereof, the principal, interest and
coats due on said note, or show cause to the
contrary* And that on failure to do so, the
equity of redemption in the said Mortgage lie
