The improvement on the place is as follows: Sixty-five acres in a state of cultivation, fencing not in good order, a good new gin house and screw, dwelling and out houses, a small apple and peach orchard, in a very healthy section of the county, will be sold on accommodating terms, as the estate is not in debt, and sold exclusively for the benefit of (lie heirs, persons wishing to pur* chase would do well to examine the land.
