They have had the dryesfc season known for several years. • Mr. M- C. Poulk Dead. Cairo, Ga., July 1.—Mr. M. C. Poulk, one of the most prominent citizens of Cairo, and Thomas county, died yes terday morning from typhoid fever. Mr. Poulk was tho senior member of the firm of Poulk Bros. He was 53 years of age and leaves live sons and several brothers and sisters. The inter ment took place at the family burial grounds, four miles west of Cairo to day. To Rebuild at Pelham.
