Mr. Alford is from OarrabeUe, Florida and la a prominent man. He is a wholesale merchant in his town and represents his district in the Florida state senate. Mrs. Bnlkley Is a young woman, who was for some time a resident of Thomas- Tills. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wiggins. Mr. Wig gins was in the grocery and liquor bus lness here until about six years ago and the family it well remembered. The young son, a fourteen year old boy went as a maaoot in the Spanish-Ameri •an war to Cub*. The family moved to Wajoross whore Mr. Wiggins still nridsa, as a useful citizen. He is a bookseper there and is doing well. ‘ Miss Wiggins who Is described as an anally pretty and attractive married in Waycross, a young railroad employe named Sidney Lanier, whose tamer conducted a Jewelry store .there.
