House in said city, the same being the
only electiou precinct within the limits
of Mid’city, on the eighth day of June
1905 an election to determine whether
the said city of ThomaKvi le, Georgia,
through its legally co* stunted authori
ties, shall incur a debt of thirty-five
thousand ($35,1)00 00) for the purpose of
securing for said city an Elect)ic Light
and Power Plant for the purpose of gen
erating electricity to be us**d bv said
City, its residents and those living in
territory contiguous to said city, for
lighting and power purposes, tlio«* us
ing said electricity, so generated, for
lights and power to pay for same.
