Hancock, 10 years old, waa driving
tho machine at the time of the accl-
ent. With him In tho front seat was
his hla younger brother, Newton
Hancock, who was the only member
of tho party to escapo unhurt. In tha
rear seat waa Hancock hlswife and
daughter.,,
Hancock was known here as one
of the most reckless automobiles driv
ers In the city. He had beenln tho
ollce court on dllferent occasions for
driving hla machine in excea of the
speed limit and on one occasions few
