We are a race of workers.
Work requires brain, nerve, energy.
We glory in achievement.
To work and work with might and mam, good
food is absolutely essential.
Although nearly every one eats soda crackers
sometime, yet these are a few people who do. not con*
sider their true value, as'an article of daily food. But
it is nowa recognized and established fact that the soda
cracker contains the most tissue, fat and muscl& forming
elements of any article of food made from Jour.
Great as is the value of the common soda
cracker, yet it is small in comparison to Une©dCT
Biscuit—the most wonderful soda cracker ever
baked, and of which nearly 400,000,000 packages
have been sold.
Uneeds Biscuit, the food of power,
transmitting as they do the elements so vital to our
well-being, may in very truth be called “ The Dynamo
of the American People.”

The Thomaa county branch of the
Farmer’s Mutual Insurance Associa
tion of Georgia held an impoi*tani
meeting here at the court house yes
terday There was a large atend
anno of members and they took a de
cislve etep for the welfare of the
branch .This was nothing less thar
the decision to form a new Insur
ance company with headquarters ai
Thomasville to be known as the Far
mers Mutual Insurance Company of
Thomas county.
The Incorporators of the new con

Pavo; Robert Alexander, Thomasville
R. M. Duren, Thomasville. This
list of names includes some of the
most prosperous, well balanced far
mers In the entire county. Their
financial responsibility and personal
Integrity Is beyond question and un
der their v|lse guidance the affairs
of the new concern are sure to pros
per. They will at once make nppUI-
cntlon to Secrotary of State Coo;: for
a charter. As soon as it is granted
they will transfer all the policies in
the old Geoigia Association to the
Thomas County Company.
The reason for the change was the
fact that the old company had gon*
out of business. It had surrendered
its charter, therefore the Thomas
county branch was not in legal shape
to transact business. The branch
had been transacting business for ten
years and since Its Inception hail
been the most successful one In the
state. The new company will be
even better. Its headquarters wil
be in this city. All money for pre
initials will come here. None of It
will go way from home. Heretofore
it has been sent to Atlanta. The
o:Ildals are all of them homo men of
proved honesty and In this day of In
surance uncertainty this Is a great
thing.
