You have heard that some foods furnish fat,
other foods make muscle, and still others are
tissue building and heat forming.
You know that most foods have one or more
of these elements, hut do you know that no
food contains them all in such properly balanced
proportions as a good soda cracker?
The United States Government report shows
that soda crackers contain less water, are
richer in the muscle and fat elements, and
have a much higher per cent of the tissue
building and heat forming properties than any
article of food made from flour.
That is why llneeda Biscuit should form
an important part of every meal. They repre
sent the. superlative of the soda cracker, all
their goodness and nourishment being; brought
from the oven to 1 you in a package that is proof
against air, moisture and dust—the price being
too small to mention.

The credit for the idea It due to Frank

"Hundreds! Take for example, the

in the United States who has had an arm

enartificUl limb. The fire extinguisher
man wants to know of persons who have
had a loss by fire, and I keep him posted.
These are examples, but the idea applies
to every business."
"How do you help individuals?
"I keep the artist informed of what the

measuring machines. A number of
business Arms nndsome residences

Camilla Gamblers Fined.
(From the Camilla Enterprise.)
The grand Jury hnej^ntd to slrike
It Just right In obtaining evidence lu
gambling cases and as a result about
forty bills of indictments were found,
most of which were against white
men. About twenty, came forward
nnd entered n plea of guilty, fourteen
in tho Superior Court and six In the
cltl court, the latter being cases In
Which Judge Spence was disqualified
We understand that there are about
twenty more of these gambling cnse3
to beheard. It Is to be hoped, how
ever, that this will be a lesson to all
parties who had engaged in this
kind of amusement and that it will
put n stop to this practice which has
been going on In Camilla nnd othci
places In Mitchell county for some
lime. The court was exceedingly light
on the boys letting them off with a
One of $65 eachupon the promise that
they would not bo guilty of this par-
cular practice any more. They
are old enough to know better nnd
should consider what a bad exemple
they were setting for the boyi In the
community.
It Is said that more than halt the
billa found by the grand Jury were
agalnstwhlte men. This Is a reflec
tion upon tho county and he Intelli
