HALL WON’T HUN. Hon. Joe Hill Hall of Macon has an nounced that he will not enter the race for Governor of Georgia. This Is In contradiction to previous ex pressions from his friends but this is his own first positive statement. In refusing to make the race he Is acting wisely. The rumor Itself was a great shock to the people who wanted to keep the electric plant out of pol itics entirely. The candidates de nied any such bargain but the tempt ation to farm these places out in re turn for political favors must have been very great and men who are running for office are Just human.
